1. Key Performance Areas:
Instructions• Obtain outstanding info /documents for the processing of new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellations as per internal process.• Prepare instructions for processing
Credit Control & Unallocated Cash• Clear credit control and unallocated cash on portfolios.
Brokers Relations• Forward all necessary documents and attend to relevant queries from Brokers.
General Admin Support• Provide general daily admin support to Marketer (Line Portfolio Manager) and other internal departments as required.
Customer Service• Assist direct customers with queries.
Communication with Management• Timeous feedback on queries and info requested by Management.
2. Minimum Academic Requirements & Experience A Matric certificate with 25 points and above a CoP in short-term insurance or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a commercial short term insurance underwriting environment. Any other relevant experience3. Critical skills required
